Challenge yourself whilst getting fit for the next canicross season!
This is a pad-based boxing for fitness class designed to assist weight loss, tone muscle and increase fitness. All the fun of training like a boxer without the contact!
Time and location: 7pm @ Dalkeith Country Park
Led by: Suzanne Maynard (committee member Lucy Behney)
With dogs: No (but you could park your car in the park next to where the session is and walk them before or after)
