This is a fun timed event. It’s not a race, simply come along and see how you get on around Cani-Fit's marked trail at Mugdock Country Park. The route will be 5k and the trails mostly open and fast park paths with some muddy technical sections, grass trails and wooded areas.
This canicross relay race is for a team of three people (each with their own dog), and each person will run the 4k route once. Mass start for the first lap, so bear this in mind when choosing the order of runners.
