Club runs suspended – for now

Following the latest guidelines published by the Scottish Government on 10 September, we’re sorry to announce that our club runs are now suspended until further notice. The Government’s revised guidance on the “rule of six” limits social gatherings – including outdoors – to a maximum of two households, which unfortunately means that we are unable to hold club runs at the moment.

It has been fantastic to see so many of our two- and four-legged friends at Vogrie in recent weeks, and it is with a very heavy heart that we’ve had to suspend our runs for now. We hope it won’t be too long until we can all be back running on the trails together again.

In the meantime, we hope that you are keeping safe and doing well. Please do keep in touch via the Facebook page, and on Instagram and Twitter; we love seeing your pictures and hearing about your running adventures!

    Hi,
I use a perfect fit harness on my dog along with an EZY Dog running belt.

I’ve been considering upgrading for a while. Can you recommend where I should go to get a proper fitting for a harness? Any advice appreciated. I live in East Lothian.

Sorry, we’ve only just seen this comment, so apologies for responding so late. We would normally suggest getting a fitting at Happy Go Lucky Dog Co in Burntisland, but due to restrictions they are not doing fittings. Also, you woudn’t be able to travel. Take a look at the website, if you haven’t already sorted something out. They seem to be doing online consultations. Good luck, and hope to see you on a club run when we all get back to normal.
