Detection Dogs

Unlock your dog’s inner detective!
Our dogs have truly amazing noses which humans have used to help detection of drugs and explosives as well as endangered or invasive species in conservation. In this session, we’ll begin to teach the dogs to search for a specific scent and communicate its presence to you.
Time and location: 7pm @ Dalkeith Country Park
Led by: Marieke Schor (committee member Julie Mair)
With dogs: Yes! All dogs to be on lead as per normal club run rules. Bring plenty of Nikki-level excellent treats (but cut up a lot smaller 🙂 )
